The Sanctuary
Restore. Reconnect. Reclaim.
The Sanctuary is a restorative wellbeing and empowerment programme created specifically for Black and racially minoritised women seeking space to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves.
Many women carry the weight of multiple responsibilities, expectations and experiences of racialised and gendered pressures. Over time, this can lead to exhaustion, disconnection and a sense of simply surviving rather than living.
The Sanctuary offers a compassionate and culturally responsive space to explore rest, wellbeing, boundaries and self-care. Through guided reflection, meaningful discussion and practical tools, participants are supported to release what no longer serves them and begin creating a life that feels more aligned, intentional and sustainable.
This is not about fixing yourself. It is about creating the space to remember who you are beneath the demands of everyday life.
