The Foundation

Build Confidence. Strengthen Identity. Create Possibility.

The Foundation is a mentoring and personal development programme designed for Black and racially minoritised women seeking greater confidence, self-belief and direction.

Many women have spent years navigating expectations, stereotypes and environments that have not always affirmed their identity or potential. The Foundation provides a supportive space to explore who you are, what matters most to you and where you want to go next.

Through reflection, discussion and practical development activities, participants are supported to strengthen their self-concept, recognise their strengths and develop the confidence to make decisions aligned with their goals and values.

The programme focuses on building from within, creating strong foundations that support long-term growth and success.
