The Ascent is a leadership and empowerment programme for Black and racially minoritised women who are ready to step fully into their next chapter.
Whether pursuing career progression, growing a business, leading within a community or embracing greater visibility and influence, many women find themselves navigating environments that were not designed with them in mind.
The Ascent provides a culturally responsive space to strengthen leadership identity, develop confidence, enhance influence and lead with authenticity.
Participants are supported to move beyond survival and self-doubt, developing the clarity, courage and confidence needed to create meaningful impact whilst remaining connected to their values and wellbeing.
